We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders, worldwide - no hidden fees or surprise charges at checkout.

Order Processing & Handling Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times begin once the order has been dispatched. Please refer to the estimated shipping times below:

United Kingdom: 4 to 10 business days

Europe: 5 to 10 business days

United States: 5 to 10 business days

Australia: 7 to 14 business days

Other International Locations: 10 to 15 business days

Please note that during peak periods, public holidays, customs inspections, or weather-related disruptions, delivery times may be extended. While such delays are beyond our control, our team is always available to assist with any inquiries or concerns you may have.

Fulfilment Locations & Multiple Parcels

To optimise delivery speed and reduce our environmental impact, we dispatch orders from a network of partner warehouses across the UK, Europe, North America, and Asia. As a result, your order may arrive in multiple parcels if it includes products fulfilled from different locations.

Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, a tracking number and link will be provided via email once your order has shipped. You can monitor your delivery status directly through the carrier’s website or by our Track Your Order page, or through our live chat.

If you have not received your tracking email within 4 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us for assistance.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

We ship from a network of fulfilment centres strategically located around the world - including the UK, Europe, Asia, and North America - to help reduce delivery times and shipping costs. Depending on your shipping destination and the dispatch warehouse, your order may be subject to customs duties or import taxes.

Here’s what to expect by region:

🇬🇧 United Kingdom
No additional customs fees or import duties will apply. All applicable charges are included in your purchase.

🇺🇸 United States
Orders shipped to the US from our international warehouses (including China) have all applicable tariffs and duties included in the shipping cost. Customers will not be charged any additional customs fees or import taxes upon delivery.

🇪🇺 European Union
Orders shipping to EU countries may be subject to import duties, VAT, or handling fees depending on the destination country and value of the order. These charges are determined by local customs and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your country's thresholds for import taxes.

🇦🇺 Australia
Orders to Australia typically do not incur customs fees for lower-value shipments, but this can vary depending on your location and local regulations. Any duties or taxes assessed upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer. 

We do our best to minimise customs-related delays by shipping from the most appropriate regional warehouse. However, we are not able to guarantee that import duties won’t be applied for international deliveries outside the UK.

Shipping Fees

We’re proud to offer free standard shipping on all orders, no matter where you are in the world.

No extra delivery charges at checkout - unless stated in a limited-time promotion. 

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs charges, or failed delivery attempts, we will issue a refund minus original shipping costs once the package is received back at our facility.
